CRS Score Calculator (November 3, 2026 Criteria)

Estimate your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for Canada's Express Entry system, based on the CRS criteria IRCC has published as taking effect on November 3, 2026.

About this version: This calculator applies the criteria that IRCC states take effect on November 3, 2026, including the new Labour Market Integration factor (Canadian work experience in high-wage occupations, or a qualifying job offer). Results may differ from the criteria in force before that date. IRCC states it will recalculate existing profiles when the changes take effect. Source: IRCC – Changes to Express Entry.

Select the level that reflects all the post-secondary credentials you hold, not just your highest one — if you hold more than one credential (for example a Bachelor's degree plus a separate diploma), and at least one is 3+ years, you qualify for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" even though neither one alone would.

First Official Language

Your second official language is the other one: French if your first is English, English if your first is French.

Enter your language test result for each ability, as CLB (English) or NCLC (French) level — whichever applies to your test. If you took CELPIP-G, your score is your CLB level directly. For other tests, see the official language test equivalency charts.

If you have taken a language exam for the second official language, enter the language score.

Work Experience

Only paid, full-time (or equivalent part-time) work in a skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) within the last 10 years counts.

Labour Market Integration (from November 3, 2026). You can receive points for either your Canadian work experience (length-of-experience points plus high-wage occupation points) or an eligible job offer, not both. This calculator uses whichever gives you more points. Whether an occupation is high-wage depends on its NOC code, not on your specific job or salary — see IRCC's list of high-wage occupations.

IRCC awards high-wage points when you have at least 12 months (1,560 hours) of qualifying Canadian work experience in eligible high-wage occupations. The experience may be continuous or not, and full-time or an equivalent amount of part-time, and may be combined across more than one eligible job. To check whether your occupation is a high-wage occupation, and which of the three wage levels it falls under, find its NOC code on IRCC’s list of high-wage occupations.

The offer must be valid under Express Entry (see IRCC's job offer page) and be for a high-wage occupation. IRCC states that, from November 3, 2026, a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is no longer required for CRS job offer points. To check the wage level of the job offered, find its NOC code on IRCC’s list of high-wage occupations.
